Park Touring / Dining Schedule???

This is what DH and I have planned for our upcoming trip. We will be celebrating two birthdays while in WDW. Any feedback and opinions are greatly appreciated:

• 11/6 (Thursday) - Arrive WDW (evening arrival no park plans
• 11/7 - (Friday) Magic Kingdom (Trying to get Tusker House Breakfast; we added on one more night last minute)
• 11/8 - (Saturday) Pool Day (Dinner @ Narcoossee's)
• 11/9 - (Sunday) Epcot (DD#3's 2nd birthday) (Diner @ Chefs de France)
• 11/10 - (Monday) Animal Kingdom 1/2 day - Pool 1/2 day (Dinner @ 1900 Park Fare)
• 11/11 - (Tuesday) Magic Kingdom (DD#2's 4th birthday BBB in the morning) (Breakfast @ Crystal Palace)
• 11/12 - (Wednesday) Blizzard Beach (Dinner @ Citrico's)
• 11/13 - (Thursday) DHS (Breakfast @ Chef Mickey's)
• 11/14 - (Friday) Epcot (Dinner @ Le Cellier )
• 11/15 - (Saturday) Pool (Dinner @ 'Ohana)
• 11/16 - (Sunday) Magic Kingdom (MVMCP at night) (Breakfast @ Grand Floridian Cafe; we may cancel this one)
• 11/17 - (Monday) DHS (Dinner @ Whispering Canyon Cafe)
• 11/18 - (Tuesday) Magic Kingdom (or children's choice) Depart WDW (evening)
