Bread Pudding @ Ohanas

I just loved the Bread Pudding @ O'Hannas. I almost didn't try it since I thought how tasty can it be w/ bread. Tried it and was amazed in the flavor. The waitress said it was made w/ Coconut milk.

Does anyone have the WDW recipe for Bread Pudding @ O'Hanas?

Or any other O'Hanas menu recipes? Planning a Luau this spring/summer and would love to try to make some of those recipes?

There are good many recipes from WDW posted here on INTERCOT's InfoCentral.

I'm trying my hand at making 'Ohana's bread (in my bread machine). Once I get that done, I'll be working on the bread pudding.
