BLT in August

Due to my son's summer travels for baseball and the fact that our schools are opening before labor day we only have a short summer vacation window. After checking the rates at the Jersey shore we decided it was a better deal to go to VWL for some R&R. Although we have APs and will hit the parks, this trip is more to unwind.

Now that BLT will be open in August, I'm wondering if we should give it a try if we can get it. No DH this trip. just myself and the boys 13 & 17. Do you think it will be totally finished or am I better off staying put at VWL for the peace and quiet?

im not sure about your question but i am with you on the kids schedules! my dd8 is a competitive gymnast and her season is from mid oct. through the 3rd week in may!

this will be our 1st time going memorial day week and our 1st stay at AKL - we are thinking of booking BLT next year - keep us posted on how wonderful it is there
