    Question Shaped character lollipops?

When we were at Disney World in 2005, my younger son bought a few bunches of small lollipops shaped like Winnie the Pooh and friends to share with his preschool class when he came home. We bought them at the Pooh Corner shop in Downtown Disney, and they were quite inexpensive, a nice souvenir for classmates! This year he'd like to do something similar for his classmates, except he'll be in fourth grade and Pooh is just NOT the done thing for fourth grade boys, at his school at least.... Are there other characters available in other stores? Mickey Mouse and the other "classic" characters would be PERFECT.

    Thanks!

We bought Mickey Mouse ones in 2008 but I'm not sure where we bought them at. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Just knowing they do exist is helpful, thank you! Then I know that it's worth keeping an eye out for them....

(Also, my son says I'm remembering wrong. He says they were all Winnie the Pooh, just different colors/flavors. He's probably right!)

Last time we were there, we bought suckers in the shape of hidden Mickeys at the hotel gift store. They weren't very big and they came in packs of four.

Our school has a strict no food policy, so we've switched to pencils. Even cheaper

Try downtown disney at Goofy's candy shop, World of disney in the candy and food area, or the candy shop on Main St. in MK

You may want to try the $1 store in Downtown Disney for the pencils. I think the store is everything under $5. I did all my Christmas shopping there year before last. There's a nice selection with great deals.

There are a lot of lollipops but not many that are shaped. The only ones I know of are in the shape of Mickey's head or in a standard round lollipop but have different characters on the wrapper and are different colors.

My DD just bought a bunch of Mickey ones a few weeks ago. They are the classic Mickey head shape and come in a bunch with a variety of flavors. Sorry I can't tell you how many or how much they were - she wasn't with us when she bought them. They are available at many of the gift shops and in any of the candy stores. We had the Pooh ones several years ago - the only place I remember them being sold was in the gift shop just outside of the Pooh ride in MK. Don't know if those are still available.

If they're the ones we bought, they come in a pack of five. They were Mickey head shaped and on long sticks, in assorted colors. I don't remember the price, but pretty sure we got them at Goofy's, in DTD. Any of the candy shops should have them, though.

    Good luck!

When I taught preschool, I would get the Mickey straws from the food court for my kids. 50 cents each (I only had max 12 kids).
