How can I find out if a restaurant is open during lunch and dinner? Specifically, I am interested in the World Showcase sit-down eateries.

All the eateries at world showcase are open for both lunch and dinner. They only open when the world showcase opens (11 am). I believe they start taking reservations from 11 am and later for dining.
