It won't find it through a search. I'm not sure what Listen searches through, but it doesn't pick everything up. To add it through Listen, click on My Subscriptions and then click on Add a Subscription. It will open a window where you can type in the URL of the podcast you want to subscribe to:
http://intercot.podbean.com/feed/. This will subscribe you to the podcast in Listen

If you use Google Reader, you can subscribe to it there and assign it to the folder Listen Subscriptions which Listen should have created within Google Reader. You can subscribe to the Google feed through Google Reader by clicking on the Add to Google button at the top of this page: http://intercot.com/interactive/insiderlive/default.asp. Once you have it in the Listen Subscriptions folder, go into Listen, select My Listen Items, and hit the green refresh button.
