    Default FP+ Tips?

We will be making our FP+ reservations in a week for our August trip. Just wondering if anyone has any tips for the process, working with the website, etc., that they could share! We have been to WDW many times and are definitely the "get there early" types.

Given that you can now get additional fastpasses after you use the 3 early booking ones, I'd suggest making your fastpasses mid to late morning. The reason I say that is that I often found that you don't really need the fastpasses first thing in the morning. Exceptions to this include rides like Soarin, Toy Story Mania, Test Track, Peter Pan - the ones that get lines first thing in the morning and keep lines all day long. If you go for extra magic hours in the morning, you can often get to most, if not all, of your must dos without the need for a fast pass.

Great Question! This is my first trip with FP+ (last year it was in testing, and we didn't get to test )

I was thinking the same thing ... maybe start FP for 11am, and see what we can get done before that without. That still leaves some time in the afternoon for the "extra" ones if needed.

    Have fun booking!

I'd say start even later than that- maybe after 12, when lines really start to build.
If you are park hopping, use them at your second park.

This is going to be our main plan on action. We're "park openers", and we figure we can go without FP+ most MORNINGS, then make afternoon/evenings FP for after a pool break or sit down lunch.

Having just returned - here is my suggestions:

Book your fast passes somewhat together time wise if you are making more than one fast pass. If you decide you want to try to get another ride (fast pass wise) you have to wait until you have done all of the ones you have chosen (or release them).

Please know that as soon as the parks open whatever ride you want to ride on will probably be at 60 to 180 minutes (and more!!) wait time after the first ride of the day for you.

The way they have tiered the fast passes, you will only be able to fast pass one "E" ticket ride at a time - this is one of the reasons the lines are so crazy long!!
