Age Policy Change at Pleasure
Island
A new age
policy will be launched along with the New Year at Downtown Disney's
Pleasure Island. As of club opening January 1, 2007 the BET Soundstage Club,
8TRAX, Motion and Rock 'n' Roll Beach Club will all initiate a new 21 and up
age policy. Both the Adventurers Club and The Comedy Warehouse will continue
to admit guests 18 and up and guests under 18 accompanied by an adult.

The Devil Rays Are Going to
Disney World
The Tampa Bay
Devil Rays expanded their Florida market this week by officially announcing
their partnership with Disney's Wide World of Sports. Rays team president
Matt Silverman said; "We hope that these games will whet the appetite of the
fan from Central Florida and they'll take us up on our offers to come sample
Rays baseball, and our fan experience, back at Tropicana Field." The team
will play three 2007 regular season games, against the Texas Rangers, at
Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex May 15-17, 2007. Tickets go on sale
February 17, 2007.

Previews Announced for Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor Comedy Club
Disney
Vacation Club Members are invited to be among the first to experience
Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor Comedy Club, at Magic Kingdom's Tomorrowland,
January 19-21, 2007. The interactive attraction invites guests of all ages
to joke around and match wits with comedian wannabes recruited by Mike
Wazowski, the one-eyed hero from Disney-Pixar's "Monsters, Inc." Each
Vacation Club member must present their ID.
Admission to Magic Kingdom is required. -

Celebrating The New Year At Disney World
Walt
Disney World Resort ushers in 2007 with a dazzling display of entertainment,
parades, fireworks, thrills and extended hours throughout the Vacation
Kingdom. Both Epcot and Magic Kingdom will feature an earlier evening
fireworks spectacular so that families with children can join in the revelry
before they retire.

Walt Disney World Christmas Day Parade
This year Regis
Philbin, Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest will headline the "Walt Disney World
Christmas Day Parade" on ABC-TV. The annual holiday special, which was
honored with an Emmy Award this year, will air December 25, 2006. The
two-hour show will feature star-studded, holiday musical performances direct
from the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida and the Disneyland Resort in
California. Viewers are advised to check their local listings for the
broadcast schedule in their area.
