2011 Packages and AAA rates Released (8/8/2010)
Disney has released ALL packages for 2011 along with AAA room only rates.
Changes to the dining plan that I have noticed so far is:
Le Cellier Dinner is now a signature meal (2 credits)
Counterservice Breakfast has only one beverage. The juice has been removed.
You can see the PRELIMINARY dining plan brochures here.
Before everyone panics, the non-Disney owned restaurants are not yet listed. (this is normal) They get added on as they sign. These include the Epcot World Showcase restaurants and Coronado Springs. This occurs every year and every year people get upset. This is NOT the final list.

the gift the keeps giving...less?
It doesn't bother me so much that the prices go up, after all, Disney is expensive, but we go for the quality, the magical, special experience.
I must say, though, I don't like feeling you pay more AND get slightly less each year. We lost the appetizer. We lost tips included. We lost Le Cellier. We lost a beverage. And yet we pay more each year. And have newer options to pay even more!
I think I will skip the DDP next time and see how much I spend ordering what I actually want to eat and tipping what I think is reasonable to tip. I did like paying in advance, but not sure it feels like I am getting something anymore.
