I don’t think it was. It was Friday around 7pm, and it was just one cast member at the far end of the sidewalk with one rope in front of her as she told people not to walk on the sidewalk unless they...
-
Wondering if anyone noticed the ropes and cast member telling folks to get off the sidewalks unless you’re going into a store. I realize the whole resort is a cattle chute at this point but telling...

Looks like some cars piled up at Riviera and people are being evacuated aloft along the lines. Hope everyone is ok.

Given last nights incident just outside of the TTC, I’m wondering if it’s the tipping point for someone in a decision making position to say enough. The infrastructure already exists. Although it...

Can anyone think of something fun or special to do for my son‘s 10th birthday in Disney World? Thinking along the lines of a fishing tour from one of the resorts, perhaps parasailing, or something...

A couple guys with screen names Hoot and Chief uploaded a video to the Tube a few days ago and it already has a couple hundred thousand views.
Apparently they figured out how to time the ride...

Doors have opened this morning officially on the largest hotel “re-construction” in WDW history. New layout, restaurants, shops, check-in, everything. I can’t wait to see the videos!

Just for giggles I looked for rants about why people hate WDW and/or won’t take their kids to WDW. I learned quite a bit.
Many use the reason that they’d prefer their kids experience the “actual”...

Has anyone noticed that all buildings on property seem to be kept at a higher temp than in previous years? I used to love the cold rush of full blast AC when entering any WDW property. At least this...

We just came home and loved our trip, however it seems it was plagued by more than our fair share of illness and injury. We had cold bugs, stomach bugs, back injuries, foot injuries and other...

Not to derail the topic, but the most noticeable change to me was the addition to the pirate sitting on the bridge with the hairy dirty leg. His cup and pitcher of rum are now both ablaze with flame....

We rode post-refurb yesterday and noticed several subtle changes (candles where there used to be none and other small additions) but one bigger thing I noticed was I was hit by cannon fire! Let me...

That's why we changed our ressies to Sept. Not that it's terribly better however we have a couple favs but most are new ventures for us. We're even trying the buffet at Ft Wilderness Campground....

I did however learn about Disney hoarders which could have played a part in the mess.

Curious why this hasn't been mentioned recently on the boards. Knowing free dining was approaching on April 27 we got up early to call the reservation line or reserve online, only to find that the...

Just don't forget that the "lack luster" rides are most loved by the generation who pays for the trips. ;)

Yup, these are usually very bad due to the traffic to/from the buses. I've had nothing but really bad experiences with them. Grossness is in direct relation to traffic. :D

Say goodbye to the Tiki Room or at least it's current management. I can see this going the way of The Maelstom and Frozen.

5th gate talk means putting on the tin foil hats.
