Unfortunately, I see this involving leaving their chair behind until the system is functioning again. There seems to be a whole lot of hope in their Skyliner plans, as in hoping they never face...
-
Yes, it continues to be closed as of now.
-
Shines a new light on the reports from Reedy Creek Emergency Services that they did not have the staff or equipment to properly handle this.
My greatest loss of confidence has been due to Disney's...
-
I belive that it is included in World Celebration (at least that is what I have been told, it isn't clear from any of the announcement material).
I can see I don't share the same sense of...

Shouldn't they drop EPCOT at this point? Or are they going to pretend it never really meant anything anyway?
-
It sounds like a glorified recruitment program to me.
-
They should definitely drop Future World. I recommend calling it Randomland.
-
Going to be on the fast track to upper management with that attitude!

I'm certainly a bigger fan of Star Wars than Avatar, but, if I ever go back to WDW, I will be more interested in checking out the Pandora area than Galaxy's Edge.
-
Sounds like they admitted management blunders, at least in regards to Galaxy's Edge at Disneyland, on the investor call yesterday. Apparently 'build it and they will come' was not enough and they are...
-
I'm not necessarily suggesting that, but the notion that a CEO is accepting a tremendous amount of risk for the enterprise is antiquated. An extra million means far less to them than an extra 10...
-
Makes sense that the people being paid the least would bear the burden of management inaccurately gauging the marketplace.
-
What they don't need to wait for is activating a plan to secure the area. It would be good for them to consider some actions they can take to minimize risk for guests and cast members alike, such as...

When I saw discussion of this on Twitter, I thought back to when APs cost less than a 10 day park hopping ticket, had no blackout dates, free parking, plus a bunch of other little discounts all over...
-
These changes that I disagree with have really helped me in ways beyond dealing with Disney. Instead of an emotional reaction, I simply digest unfavorable changes as them not wanting my business/time...

These rumors get feet because, while few probably like the idea, it is easy to believe they just might do something like that. I hope it isn't true, but I also hope they resist the urge to change The...

As far as I understand it, the only breakfast options in the entire park are Woody's Lunch Box (QS) or a character dining buffet at Hollywood & Vine. Will they have FP+ slots for breakfast? :)
-
That is a great point. eEMH at 6 AM, when nothing at the resort opens before 6 AM, means people have to brown bag that breakfast or go without.
-
Would be nice if Epcot's hours changed. They've been on this 9 - 7 FW / 11 - 9 WS thing for a long time now. So long that a lot of people don't realize it wasn't always that way.

I made a custom ringtone from part of the background music in the Innoventions area. Just sitting there, in the late afternoon, taking in the music and atmosphere was one of my favorite things to do...

Better than an empty building, but only slightly. I get the impression I am on the minority side with the announced changes, but almost all of it encourages me to stay away.
-
They had me at "audio-animatronics" and especially because it has a real face instead of relying on a projection. They do amazing work when they are allowed to.
-
Although now it would make less sense than it ever did.
-
"Show" does not mean what it once did, as can be seen all over the property at this point.
-
I must be one of the few (only?) underwhelmed by the "cutting edge projection technology" to this point.
