Can you get Disney dining with this resorts now, or is that still not applicable if you stay at one of those hotels?

My other question is can you get the Disney dining plan on the downtown Disney resorts?

Is this hotel a lot nicer and worth considering? A lot of people said the Grosvenor was a terrible place, with bed bugs, and stinky carpets etc. Has anyone stayed since the refurb?

Which one of the moderates is the closest to the Magic Kingdom, and which one is the furthest? In other words which resorts bus gets to magic Kingdom the quickest?
