The Best Western right across the street from the main walkway to the parks has a small gift shop and it has some OTC. The store is just off the lobby.

Parents stayed there back in March. Traffic around there (from hotel to WDW area) is horrific. However, it was very easy to go from Clarion to SeaWorld area. Room was basic, seemed clean.

They took the full 30 days for my purchase.
