Our experience has been that the traffic isn't bad at all coming from San Diego to Anaheim. If you get much past Anaheim on I-5 then yes, it tends to be bumper-to-bumper regardless of the time of day...

Hey ya'll!! :mickey:
I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this question, so hopefully someone will move it if it would be better suited for a different place...either way, I am a WDW...

So my family and I have long been huge Disneyworld fans, and have been too many times to count. However, we're moving close to Disneyland soon and are thinking we may give DLR a try. I'm wondering,...

I loved Captain EO!! You can YouTube it and they have the full movie on there. I think it's a cool idea for them to bring it back for a limited engagement, but I agree that Disney probably wouldn't...
-
The food (which is great by the way!) is like little plates which usually have a sampling of what each country is offering, at least that's what I remember from last year. DH and I chose to eat...

Thank you! These are my thoughts exactly. Of course the baby won't remember this trip, no one would ever think that. Disney is about families, and not a single member of the 12 person group going...

My vote is for Indy, now that Tarzan Rocks is outtie. I didn't enjoy that show at all, but it's so interesting to me that every poster seems to have a different opinion about the shows. For every...

Wow, all of these responses are so much help...thanks so much! Everybody has made me feel more confident that I can handle a baby and a Disney trip, so I think we'll do it :mickey: Thanks...

I would say the Backlot Tour, Indiana Jones and Honey I shrunk the Audience. I enjoy them, but not as much as most other attractions or rides.
-
For fun I would say RnRc and EE, but I think I would be a little green  before too long!
But for nostalgia's sake I would say SSE and CoP :cloud9:

My DH and I get this too. As if you can't enjoy Disney without kids...that's just crazy to me! :shake:
-
I won't echo everything that other posters have mentioned because they have pretty much summed up the essentials, but I will throw in the fact that my DH always wears cargo shorts and we're able to...
-
I would have to vote for SSE and BTMRR. :mickey:
-
I second the opinions of fastpass and package delivery both. Also, I love the fact that you can make ADR's

So, we're expecting our first baby any day now :cloud9: and we're also tossing around the idea of a Disney trip in about ten months from now. We would have grandparents, cousins and family members...

Ugh...I agree completely! I hate it when people push and shove, but it really doesn't seem to be great planning by Disney to deal with large crowds coming out of an area, like in HM. My DH and I...

I also agree. I have definitley had less than enigmatic cast members giving the tour, but I still felt it was more enjoyable to have that personal aspect to it.
-
I really do enjoy TT, but I agree with some other posters that it always seems to have some technical issue every time we're there. At least one of our rides has something go wrong, and I've only...

Me too!! Every time we leave I try to come up with a better reason why we should live there...
-
It's been a few years since we've used a map at the parks, but we do grab a time schedule. However, our next trip will be with a baby :cloud9:, so I suppose we will use one or a while to find the...

I definitley do!! It always makes me a little anxious, and I always seem to get stopped there after I've been trucking along the whole rest of the que line.
In addition, I vote for BTMRR. I...

I have been stuck on Test Track for 30 minutes once! We kept expecting to be let off the ride somehow, but we just sat there for what seemed like days. It seems to me that TT breaks down a whole...
-
I would find myself at the entrance to Main Street right in front of Cindy's castle...getting ready for a big day at MK!:mickey::cloud9:
-
Now that's just not right! :shake: I can't even imagine the wait at TSM...
-
I love this thread...reading all of these great memories just made my day :mickey:
My favorite was in 2006 at Le Celiar when my DH (boyfriend at the time) announced (a little too excitedly I...
