You'd probably be one of the least underdressed people there in jeans. I've eaten at pretty much all the 'signature' places for dinner, and always see people in regular t-shirts, shorts, etc. They do...

Def. not a food court person myself, but having stayed at both POP and POFQ, I can tell you that POP's food court is superior (to both that of POFQ and POR) in that it's way bigger, and more options...

It's totally Americanized versions of "African food". Some of the dishes are a tad bit more exotic than your typical buffet line, but you really don't need an adventurous palate at all to enjoy it.....
-
Is it worth the 2 meal credits
Heck yeah..
will my 9 and 12 year olds find something they'll like?
Maybe..don't go for them, go for you. ;-)
-
Made perfect sense, actually...thanks!!

Newb question, but I don't have an AP yet. Could I still book one of these packages (the one with Deluxe Dine) through MJ and get the discounted rate? (Assuming there's any left).
But if I didn't...

Never had the macadamia nut pancakes, but the Tonga Toast is so NOT overrated. It lived up to the hype (and this from Cap'n Cooks..where presentation consists of the tonga toast being plopped onto a...

Unless you have an extremely refined palatte, I don't see how Boma's food is that weird. I've never had authentic African fare, but I'm sure Boma is a very very Americanized take on it.
The...

San Angel Inn seems like it would be really nice, but Mexican food doesn't do it for me.
Marrakesh is great BUT make sure you don't eat there near closing time. We recently went there with an 8:30...

Agreed..that stuff was heavenly.
Narcoosees and Flying Fish are both awesome as well.
-
There's so many good things there, it's really impossible to pick one.

Coral Reef is great. The only downside is that it can be a tad bit loud..but how many WDW restaurants aren't loud?
The atmosphere is among the best with the huge aquarium and everything. They do...

If you eat lunch and dinner at table service places every day, you'll save tons of money with the Deluxe Plan. The only downside is that you're spending 3 hours or so every day eating. If I was still...

Let me just interject..
We went for an early lunch (no ADR, walked right in) a few weeks ago, and it wasn't much louder than a library at that time. So you could always go at that time and avoid...
-
I've heard the breakfast is among the best in WDW. We just stayed in POFQ, but never made it over to Boatwrights to try it.
-
Meh, you could do better. Though as far as Animal Kingdom dining goes, it's probably one of the better options (I'm not sure how Y&Y is).
But we made the mistake of going to Tusker House after we...

If you like eating at Cali Grill, Flying Fish, etc., then I'd definitely recommend the Deluxe Dining Plan. Those aforementioned restaurants require 2 DDP credits, so you'd run out of credits quickly...
-
What won't you like?
The best part is, if you don't like something, just go back up and try something else.
-
Top notch; it requires 2 DDP credits, but it's totally worth it in my opinion.
-
It's awesome, go there.
Resort casual but I don't think they really enforce those that strictly.
Get the crab cake. :cloud9:

That's lame. I know trans fat is super unhealthy and all, but seriously..when I'm on vacation, I don't really care!
-
Tonga Toast (Kona Cafe/Cap'n Cooks) - I thought it lived up to the hype. I had it from Cap'n Cooks; I'm assuming it tastes the same as getting it at Kona Cafe. Probably the most unhealthy thing I've...

I'm leaving for WDW tomorrow morning (!), and going to be on the Deluxe Dining Plan. I rec'd a panphlet explaining it..there's one part that confuses me though. It recommends to tell your server or...
