We have been to WDW Thanksgiving week several times. It is one of our favorite times to go. We would get there on the Saturday before and leave on the Tuesday or Wednesday after (the airfare is a lot...

Hi all,
I haven't posted in a Loooooong time.
Due to a couple of pretty scary health issues that fortunately worked out wonderfully, we haven't been to WDW in 5 years. During that time our...

We only go to the MK on our first day if we arrive in Florida and get to our Resort before noon. Then we usually wind up in Tomorrowland first and our first ride is usually Space Mountain or Buzz. ...

My son never had a problem with the Haunted Mansion, but It's Tough to be a Bug freaked him out and he would never go into another 3D show again.
-
For me, hands down, no question it is "20000 Leagues".
It looked as good from te outside as it did when you were on the ride.

Take the Keys to the Kingdom tour.

1. I haven't been on this board in a long time.
2. I'm glad to see that Rusty still answers in lists. :D

I wouldn't call her a SUPER Star, but a Star nonetheless, but many years ago we saw Gena Davis shopping on Main Street with a personal guide.

Now I feel old. We call it the WEDWAY too. (WED for Walter Elias Disney)
It is definitely an A ticket ride. (Another reference for old people like me)
We ride it several times per trip....

I would definitely go to MK the first day. Then you may want to go to different parks on day 2 and 3, and ask the kids which they want to go back to on day 4.
I am a big EPCOT fan, and my son...

We usually spend a full day in HS but if time were an issue, I could see cutting it down to a half day. Preferably the second half of the day so we can catch Fantasmic.
-
We park hop all the time!
Early in our trip we are more likely to spend the entire day at one park, however later in the trip we may head back to one park to ride something or see a show we...

We went Thanksgiving week several times and we usually encountered temps in the 70s to low 80s during the day and it tended to be cold at night often in the 50s or lower. We usually check the...

I am prone to motion sickness and absolutely cannot ride Star Tours or Body Wars or anything like that. Actually, I am OK if I keep my eyes closed the entire ride, but what's the sense of doing that?
-
For me it would have to be just about everything EXCEPT… RnR ToT and Mission Space. Although I like them I don’t think I can physically handle riding them more than once in succession. :ack:

Call ma crazy, but I miss the powdered hand soap :silly:

Hands down AK. :sleepin: No question!

I never went to the Diamond Horseshoe Revue. I must have been to WDW 10 times while it was open but never went.
We also have never been to the Wide World of Sports, despite being big baseball...
-
We have been there when just about all of our favorites have been closed, and although somewhat disappointed, we never let it spoil our fun or even say that the trip wasn’t as good because of it. I...

I think one of the reasons that I love WDW so much is bacause it reminds me of the NY World's Fair.

Every child is different, but my son is an only child and he wanted no part of doing anything without us (like a kid’s only pirate cruise). He also wouldn’t have any part of anything with the word...

You know these two are apples and oranges. I rode ToT once and thought it was everything was great EXCPT the dropping part (I’m a HUGE Chicken), so for that reason I had to pick POTC. I will...
-
This is a very easy question.
For me the ONLY answer is The Magic Kingdom.
If you don’t go to the MK, you haven’t been to WDW. If I were to be anywhere in the Orlando area and not go to the...

We haven't seen Osborne since it was on Rresidential Street. Back then they used to have fake snow falling in the New York Street area. I think it was made out of some kind of soap suds. Do they...
