I know that last year they extended the dates for the free dining into Oct. Has anyone heard if that is the plan for this year too?

After going last year during that time we just can't make ourselves go without the free dining.

Sorry if this repeats something previously in the post...

We just made our reservations this past week, and I didn't know that the free dining offer was while we would be down visiting.

Will I be able to call back WDW Reservations and change our DDP to the free package? And will it effect any of the ADRs that I have already made?

Oh, we're staying at POP from Aug. 29 to Sept. 3...

You can call and try to have the discount applied to your reservation. There is limited availablity at each resort with the promotion however, so there is a possibility you might have to change resorts to get the free dining.

I was so happy! Yesterday I called reservations and we were able to upgrade from POP to CBR for the Free Dining. So, for less than $50 we now have a king room in a nicer resort! Plus, the free dining plan.

Somehow...I feel like I'm beating the system...
