I'll break the tie and confirm that Winnie the Pooh does not have FastPass. It used to when it first opened, but the lines are now quite short on most days (summer months, of course will bring long lines to everything) and FP is not necessary.
The lines to meet & greet your friends from the 100 Acre Woods will probably be longer than the line for the ride.

Come On Everybody - Here We Go!!
“To all who come to this happy place: Welcome. ...”
It does seem like when the afternoon goes on, there isn't much of a line there. I think at some point they're going to have to do something to bring back that whole area. I'm still sad Bear Country was taken out. Course with this lawsuit of Disney losing Pooh, should get interesting.
Also be aware that July 4th is one of the busiest days of the year there, probably other than Thanksgiving and Christmas time. Everybody is there for the fireworks at night.
