Hello to All My Intercot Friends & Family -

Well, it was back in for more tests last week to get some clarification and find out if the cancer is still in my system and growing. Since my surgery last November, the blood tests were showing a rise in my marker numbers to indicate that the cancer was back. We have since been doing tests every other month and this last round of tests last week were to get some clarification and finalization. Of course, nothing is final and things could always change.

So, last week I underwent an Octreotide Scan and a CT Scan and prior to all that I had a number of blood tests run on me as well. So, today was the big appointment to review the results with my sugical oncologist.

The news was as good as it could have been. All of the test results concur that there are no traces of any cancer in my system at this time!!!! Praise be to God!!

So now we are breathing a little easier and just really giving all the glory and praise to our heavenly Father as well as thanking all of our friends & family (including all of you) for the continued prayers and support!

I will go back in in another 3 months and we will continue to blood testing just to make sure, but for now and hopefully for good, the cancer is gone!!

Thanks again to all of you for your continued support whether it be financially or through prayers and words of encouragement. You have all shown me what a wonderful set of friends and family that God has surrounded our family with! We will forever be thankful for all of you!!!

Yes, we all know that things can change at any time, but you have shown all of us what Faith can do.
