Thank you for posting this info! I called to see if I could lower my AAA rate and thought what the heck, while I'm on the phone I may as well check to see if the AP rate became available (it wasn't a few days ago!) and to my delight it was! So Thanks again for being on top of things! You guys are the best! Btw, I think I've asked this before but do you guys book for 1 or 2 day stays?

We are going down to WDW and staying at the POP August 20-31st. For our first week we are on a dining plan and paying for it, our second week the dining plan is free. We are checking out on the 26th and rechecking back in. Would we be able to add this promotion to our first week's stay?

I got a fabulous surprise e-mail this morning from Debbie at MJ! I couldn't believe it! Saved close to $180 on just 4 nights at CBR. Too bad WL is booked solid for the time I'm going so no discount for that part of the trip but hey, I'm not complaining! Thanks MJ and Debbie!

I currently have my parents under my AP rate. I'm not really understanding how the package deal works. Do you pay the rack rate for your entire stay and get 2 tickets for free? Currently they are spending about $435 total for their room and will be spending $750 for tickets. Would this package deal be something to look into.

I also tried to pull it up on Disneyworld.com, but couldn't find it. I found the room only but my AP rate is less then that.

I'm not sure what kind of tickets your parents are getting but I'm in a similar situation - traveling with friends, they are not APs, I am, so I reserved their room at the AP rate of $94/night, they are going to purchase tickets - so, I called central reservations to check if they would get a better deal by purchasing the package with free tickets and for us it turned out to be a better deal to keep our AP rate and purchase tickets seperately. The room was $423 with the AP rate, a 5 day MYW base ticket, no park hopper, or other options, was $219 each, for a total of $861. With the new MYW package, room and 5 day tickets without park hopper or other options, no dining, no travel insurance, would have been $909. We kept the original reservation, every little bit helps, more money for popcorn and mickey bars! I would suggest you call and have reservations run the numbers for you, they were very helpful and find out which is the best way for you. Hope this helps!

Did they explain to you how it works? I guess they must be charging more then the rack rates for the rooms. My parents right now are staying at CS at $94 a night (DH and I are paying the difference as a anniversary gift to them). They are purchasing 3 adult 6-day park hopper tickets (my brother is also going). I was thinking that if it would be cheaper to drop them down to a value resort and get the 2 free tickets...it might be worth it. I guess I will call tomorrow and see what they say. Never hurts to try right. Thank you so much mickeysworld for all your help.

So the deal is for a reduced room rate not a reduced dining rate correct? We booked through a family friend who is an agent. I am hoping that he will be able to do something about this tomorrow. From now on I am using Magical Journeys. I am hoping someone from there can tell me if this would even be possible to have our first week applied to this during our August vacation.....so confusing!

We really cannot tell you much since each persons vacation and circumstances are different. But if you're travelling during this time period, AND your agent booked you with Disney (some use other suppliers) these codes can be applied.

It is always subject to availability, but yes Pop is included.

OK, I hate to be an idiot and fully realize that I am probably missing something.... but, this deal is supposed to be book a room and receive 2 free base tickets per day of your stay, right?

If that is right, I called last night and was quoted a rate for 2 people at a value for three nights of $666.00. So, does that mean that a value room is costing $222 per night????? I know this can't be right and am definitely missing something here, I just don't know what it is I am missing! Free tickets does seem too good to be true!

I had the same question. If the tickets are FREE my quote should have been about $400 for 4 nights at Pop, but instead it was around $720 without dining, insurance or upgrading tickets.... can someone please help explain this to us.
