A little sad about this promotion. We have talked to three different reservationists and they said that because we we re staying at Pop and we only had two people with the park hopper option, that we weren't eligible to use these codes. Still not too clear why. Anyone have any suggestions?

What I copied and pasted yesterday was directly from the DIsney site. The wording has changed today however to a regular promotion verbage.

It is very confusing. Do you think the free dining is the better deal. Thats what I have now for 5 at a deluxe.n I called Disney 3 times and got quoted 2 different prices but my free dining was better. Thanks

Yes Moe, in most cases the free dining is a much better deal.

After reading everyone's posts and making a few phone calls I was (and am still slightly) confused about the free base ticket offer, so I called reservations again and was told that with the ZJY code you are getting a discount on the room and a discount on the MYW base tickets but that they are not free. Seems to make sense as to why the quotes are the way they are. Does this make sense to you guys?

I just called disney and the gentlemen told me that it was a dicount on the room only. Of course the tickets were included, but he could tell me the price of the tickets and they were the same price as if you bought them seperately at disneyworld.com. I was calling for my parents and he said something about them having some kind of special pin code, and that he would run both of the codes to see which was a better deal.

The first code he entered was the special pin code for 6 nights at all star sports with 3 park hopper 6-day tickets. That total come to $1192.59

$789.18 for the tickets
$403.41 for the room

The second code was the ZJY code. Same 6 nights as all star sports with 3 park hopper 6-day tickets, and this total was higher...$1252.49

$789.18 for tickets (same as above ????)
$463.31 for the room

That doesn't seem like much of a discount on the room. I still don't really understand...

We are just keeping the reservation the same with the AP discounts....it just seems much easier this way.

Your dates are included, but availability with the special is very limited. You would have to call Disney reservations to see if the discount can be applied to your existing booking.

I think I'm lost. We're booked with free dining in mid sept. I went back to the start of this thread and it never really specifies what discount the codes give you. By reading responses of others it appears that if you already have the free dining plan booked, this deal isn't as good.

i had Sept 21 Pop 6 nights w free dining then 2 nights WL AAA rate courtyard ($515.38 for 2nights) that was a little more than i wanted but courtyard was the only avail at the time w AAA.
I was thinking of another night added somewhere.
when the room only came out, Karen got me a lower rate for the 2 nights ($439) then it looks like a standard view for 1 night ($158) tough getting WL discounts i think as it gets booked quick.

Maybe I'm a little dense, but I don't get it. What exactly do these codes get you? Specifically the Magic Your Way Package Offer. Do you get a certain amount off of the whole package? Or is it free tickets? My wife and I have been half-seriously tossing around the idea of a September trip and I'm interested in what these discounts could do for us. Can anyone help me get this through my thick head?

OK, so I assume that by using these discounts, that you can get a better deal than what is quoted on the wdw.com page, correct? So how can I find out what the discounted price would be? We're not sure if we can do a trip, but if the discount is good enough it may make it possible.
