Default Please explain Coronado Springs food court

I have read in some other posts that the food court at Coronado Springs charges a 10% gratuity when you "dine in".
How will this work with the 2008 dining plan? Will this be considered a normal gratuity like a TS meal and have to be paid OOP?

Do you have the option to get your food to go, and is there still the 10% or do you have to dine in?

    Thanks for the help!

Yes, you are charged a 10% gratuity, which you would need to pay out of pocket on the Dining Plan starting in 2008. The gratuity does not bother me at all. I see the 10% covering the cost for cleaning the real dishes, silverware, and napkins you receive if you dine in. At any other food court at WDW, it's plastic, paper and styrofoam, like your mall food court. You have a great menu selections for all meals at the Pepper Market which goes beyond basic choices, which I appreciate.

That said, you can get you food to go and the gratuity will not be a charge.
