    Default character question ???

    Hi everyone,
I just watched the castle lighting and noticed that Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Goofy's mouth now move when they talk! It's been a couple years since I have been there and I sure don't remember this from the many times I have been there! Anyone else notice this?

Yep! I noticed that too! I had read that they started these new characters at the castle shows earlier this summer but I had never seen it! It looks great! We are going on FRIDAY so I'll see them for myself!

Yes! It's pretty amazing watching the show in front of the castle and seeing them actually "talking." We just got back a couple weeks ago and got to see it up close!

It's new. They've only been doing it since about last Jan. However, there are still days when they won't do it (for certain reasons).

It's pretty amazing. We first saw them on the Mickey's Magic Show tour. Sooo cool. My only fear is that kids will wonder why Mickey and pals talk in the shows, but not when they're giving autographs.

piratelover my DD4 asked this same question when we were there in May. she said mommy how come mickey is talking on stage but only waved to me and shook his head when i met him? And i said the only thing i could think to say at the time, that he does so many shows in a day that he has to save his voice for the shows so he doesn't lose it, she bought it.

They're also doing this with the Playhouse Disney Live! on tour. My 2-yr-old asked me a good question: "Where's Daisy?" Anyone know why Daisy is not included?

Funny, I thought they had a moving mouth costume for Daisy since she was in "Mickey's Magic Show". Over @ MK they've started "Mickey's Night Before Christmas" and they actually had Chip and Dale with moving mouths and blinking eyes, yet they failed to give that to Pluto! Pretty awkward if you ask me.
