I don't think I've ever been in the Epcot Character Spot! I must have seen this in someone else's photos...no wonder I couldn't get it!

Wow, that was tough.
I knew it had to be something relatively new/remodeled because of the Soarin'-like image, so I started exploring the Epcot park map. I've never been in the Epcot Character Spot, so that was a completely random guess.
