Default Two in their 50+ and four in their 20+... where to stay?!

in may some friends of our are all planning a trip down to WDW... their will be 2 people in their 50's and 4 people in their 20's. We were checking out the Wilderness Lodge Campground, and it looked nice. Anyone else have a suggestion of a good place for 6 people to stay? How is the Beach club?

Excuse me? Are you lookin' at me? Did you rub my lamp? Did you wake me up? Did you bring me here? And all of a sudden you're walking out on me? I don't think so, not right now. You're getting your wishes, so sit down!

i was going to suggest the beach club or the boardwalk - you all would be super close to epcot (5-7 min walk) and there is so much going on in the evenings at the boardwalk

    WOW so many choices....

My perferred options w/ suites for all:
Sarasota Springs beautiful gold resort that is walking distance to the night clubs and other activities at DTD.

Boardwalk/Beach Club -- close to EPCOT and DHS.

Wilderness Lodge/Ft Wilderness -- different pace from Disney and boat ride away to MK

If you go for more than 1 room --

Coronado Springs -- beautiful, quite, nice bar area and health club. We look at as one of the best "values" on Disney property.

No matter what you choose you will not be disappointed.

    CHEERS!

You mentioned the campground. Would they be arriving in an RV or thinking about all staying in one cabin? The cabins are nice and will fit up to 6 people. Not sure if the sleeping arrangements would work with the group. There is a bedroom with a bed and set of bunkbeds. In the living room, there's a pull down murphy bed.

My guess is that the Epcot area or being close to Downtown Disney would be a good choice. Both have some great options for dining, shopping and nightlife. A DVC unit may be much more comfortable for the group, so they could look into Sarasota Springs, Boardwalk Villas and the Beach Club Villas.

I'd stay at either POFQ or POR. If some of you feel like turning in earlier in evening, you could do so. The others could catch the resort boat to DTD/Pleasure Island.
