Post What is your favorite Disney resort giftshop?

As a Wilderness Lodge fanatic, I would have to say the WL shop. I also like the Polynesian, Grand Floridian, and Contemporary giftshops too. What are some of your favorites?

Though they all sell pretty much the same stuff I would have to say the gift shop inside splash mountain. no real reason though. That is one shop I could go in a lot and not get bored.

I agree! I was going to say these 4!!!! I just stayed at WL for the 1st time and loved the gift shop!! They has the cutest little section of dog stuff, and they also had a nice food section.
Poly- I loved how most things were disney-beach themed!
Contemporary- its so big, they have tons of stuff
GF- they had a lot of princess things and alice (which i love!)

The only other hotel I've stayed at is CBR and I didn't like their gift shop

For the actual resorts, I like the one at Boardwalk the best because of the theming.

Wilderness is also pretty nice to walk in but it's very small and doesn't have much I like.

Non-resort would be Japan Pavilion cause of all the candy.

What kind of dog stuff do they have? Is it different stuff than the store in DTD? TIA

I love the Boutiki at the Poly! They have a great selection and lots of stuff you can't seem to find anywhere else.

I also really love the shop at AKL and the one at CR!

This one is easy for us - the shop at AKL. We have to avoid going in there too many times during our stay, else we buy too much!!

While it is quite small, I do like the Mercantile at the WL. You can't beat the Disney totem at the entrance. I do think the size creates an intimancy that I haven't found at other shops.

I also like the gift shop at the CR. I love the Grand Canyon Concourse so that gift shop is enjoyable for me to visit just because of its location.

I know its not a "Disney Merchandise" gift shop, but there is a store called Basin in the GF that is a "must do" for me every trip. They make thier own soaps in the store, and I just love them.

My fave is Fittings and Fairings at YC. Although the last time we stopped there I was surprised to see how little stock they had-seems like they are "slimming down".

I also enjoyed the gift shop at WL.

As WL luvers, we hit their shop almost daily for something or another. But, we also like the CBR gift shop as well. So open and tropical. And don't miss the "talking trash cans" on your way to the food court!

I love shopping at Mouse Gears in Epcot, but then again I love shopping anywhere in Disney!
