Grand Californian DLR DVC open date?

Does anyone know when the Grand Californian DVC at DLR is supposed to be opening? We're contemplating going next August and wondered if it would be available? And whether it is going to be as impossible to get into as a "non-home" resort at WDW is?

The word is September 2009 (or possibly a bit later).

There will be only 48 2-BR lockoff units and 2 GVs.

They are adding on 50 DVC units at the Grand Californian at DLR. Members will be able to purchase points there.
