We went to Vegas for two days on Sept. 28-30 and DL/DCA on the 30-the 5th.

It was major fun!


Day 1: Sun. Sept. 28

got up early with pookie to get ready to go.
finished packing
ate breakfast
FIL came to pick us up at 8:15 for our 10:50 flight.

Arrived in Vegas at 1-ish. Got on our shuttle and went to Luxor.

Had dinner at a buffet and went sightseeing.

Day 2: Monday Sept. 29

Breakfast at Luxor buffet
sightseeing
hanging out in our room
dinner at buffet
Criss Angel's Believe
went back to our room and started getting ready for Cali.

Day 3: Tuesday Sept. 30

Left on the shuttle for the airport
Flew to LAX at 10 ish
Arrive at Candy Cane Inn
Walk to DL!!!!!!
Saw the DL Parade

Day 4: Wednesday, Oct. 1

Goofy's Kitchen 10:00 a.m.
Downtown Disney
relaxation at CCI
DL Park that afternoon
Hang out in our room

Day 5: Thursday, Oct. 2

breakfast at the hotel
free day
hang out by the pool/spa
Downtown Disney/Lunch at Naples
dinner at Tiffy's

Day 6:

Friday, Oct. 3

breakfast at the hotel
Universal Hollywood day
City Walk

Day 7: Sat. Oct. 4

breakfast at the hotel
Disneyland Cali Adventure Park!!!!
lunch in the park
hang out at the pool at the hotel
Afternoon at DL/Napa Rose
Fireworks

Day 8: head home

Flight at 4:02
flew through a rocky storm! arrived at home at 11 ish.

Wow that sounds like a lot of fun! Never been to Vegas, but DL in 85, so i have never seen California Adventure, how did you like that?

Cali Adventure is fun! We loved Soarin and the Muppets 3D.

Grizzly River Rapids is great too! It goes backwards and you are guaranteed to get wet!

Sounds like a great vacation.
We stayed at The Candy cane Inn in 2005.
Liked our room very much and loved that we could walk back to the hotel.
