Looking for Jello Pumpkin Spice Pudding Mix

Hey Fellow Intercotees:

With the holidays upon us, we were looking for one of our holiday favorites, Jello Pumpkin Spice pudding mix. We have not been able to find it in any of our local stores and was wondering if anyone has seen it in their stores?? Thanks for your help!

I bought some a few weeks ago at our local Walmart. It was on a display with other seasonal baking goods.

Oddly enough, I thought it was too sweet/rich for my taste.

I have something else for you: The worlds easiest recipe for pumpkin spice pudding. My sons class made it in school for their Thanksgiving party and it was so terrific I made it for our families Thanksgiving. It takes 2 mins to make.
2 of the large size boxes jello instant vanilla pudding
1 of the larger cans of pumpkin pie filling. (NOT the plain pumpkin, the kind with all of the spices and sugars in it, Libbys makes a good one)
3 cups milk.
Mix it all together, and chill for a few hours or overnight.
You will LOVE this pudding. Hope I helped!

I also found this at Walmart. I mix one package of pudding with one cup of milk and fold in one container of coolwhip free. Makes a nice pumpkin mousse. I also use this as a cake filling.

I too have spotted it at the local Walmart. I had never heard or seen it until I spotted it last week at Walmart. lol. But the second you asked that question it hit me! lol...I believe I have also seen it at Ocean State Job Lot, but I dont think they have those in your state.

Where have I been? I have never heard of this. I am going to make the recipe posted above! DH LOVES Pumpkin Spice anything and I have an extra can of pumpkin pie mix that I bought on accident. Or maybe I will just check out Walmart

No, No! Make the recipe! I promise you will love it!! It was such a hit when I made it!!!! We topped it with fresh whipped cream and it was incredible.

Num... freshed whipped cream... that alone is heaven!!!!
