I'm in too. Ready to see how things unfold and who the "Cinderella team" is this year. This is one of the things missing from college football. There is no possible way of a "Cinderella team" since they use the BCS. Takes away from the sport if you ask me.

Congratulations, John! Your boys sure did bust a lot of brackets this afternoon, including mine. I had West Virginia in the Elite Eight.

We also just lost our last perfect bracket in our group in the second group of games today

Pittsburgh definitely was scaring me for most of their game today. That was a little too close for comfort, especially for my National Championship pick...

Woo hoo! Made it through the 1st round with just a few wrong picks. And only one of the wrong picks affects my second round choices. And to top it all off, for now I'm in 1st place. My bracket is doing so much better this year than last year when it fell apart in the 1st round.

Well, I can at least claim first place after the first weekend is complete. I'd rather claim first place after the whole thing is complete, but I'm not counting on that, so I'll just celebrate the small victories and feel superior in my basketball knowledge (though I should have known better than to not pick Dayton) for the next 5 minutes. I'm sure next weekend will bring me back to reality.
