I have to get a SWEET ALMOND PRETZEL from the bakery in Norway. I love those things! Last week I had two. I had to share the first with DH, but the second I had all to myself. YUMMY!

Ok searched the internet and I think I answered my own question about the calories.
So in case anyone else is interested.

1/2 cup has approx 90 calories, 2.5 grams of fat. 17 grams of carb, 13 grams of sugar.

The only question I still have is how many servings is in a Dole Whip when ordered at Disney?

Sorry if I am being a Debbie downer-I just lost almost 40 pounds and am leaving for our vacation in 30 days-I just want to be prepared so that I can make the best choices for myself and still have an enjoyable time

about the dole whip calories... just order a small, and i am not kidding here, bring a half cup measuring cup in your bag and measure out your half cup, then give whatever is left over away. i have done this! it is worth it! plus you dont get that icky sugar crash from eating the entire serving that they give you ( which if you ask me, is more like 2 or 3 servings)

Mickey rice krispy treats with the ears dipped in chocolate from any of the resorts. Close behind are hot pretzels from Germany in Epcot and Mickey ice cream bars.

A Dole Whip float will have more calories because a) it's pretty large and b) has the addition of pineapple juice. I would go with a small Dole Whip and you don't have to eat it all. I just got back from WDW, ate a ton of stuff, and didn't gain anything. We were pretty active. It helps.

Morebrocolli-funny you mention the measuring cups! I was just telling a friend that I was going to bring a set of measuring cups in my bag and portion my food, especially at the buffets. I want to be able to enjoy everything and sometimes at buffets my eyes are bigger than my stomach.
So if anyone sees some goofy lady measuring out her food with measuring cups it's me
