They seem to be working for most of the TA reservations. However, Disney IT being what it is there are still some glitches.

Make sure that if you are entering any letters in your reservation number that you use capital letters. It is case specific

I made my reservations on the phone at my 90 day mark, in june. was curious if they showed up on line, it told me i was staying at POP but didn't show any dining reservations. How do I pull this up? Should I be worried?

I'm not sure how the system is working as far as pulling up previously made phone reservations. I don't think i've heard many reports about that just yet.

If you are concerned, give WDW Dine a call and make sure your confirmations are all correct and times are set.

On the Walt Disney World site, If you put the curser over "my disney vacation" and go down to "dining reservations" you get a page where you can insert your ADR confirmation number along with your phone number. That particular reservation will then be displayed.

My adr window opens tomorrow and I had planned to use the new online system. Does anyone know if this is opened to only Disney Resort guests? I'll be staying at SOG.

Well my 90 day window opened up today... I came online at 6:00AM and all seemed ok... I clicked on the little calendar and went one by one selecting my restaurants... Lo and behold, I can't go past my check out date, despite staying on property for more than 10 days... And I was told by a CM that I WOULD be able to make reservations online for my 90 + 10... So, anyway, I wanted to make sure I booked one restaurant in particular, so I decided to add my choices to my cart.. I type in the security codes at the bottom of the page... clicked add to cart... It has now been 35 minutes and the system, page is STILL LOADING... hasn't brought me to my cart yet... I brought up a second browser, went back into the online system, only to get messages saying I have more than 1 reservation within an hour of each other and that I need to go in a cancel one.. Well it would be nice if I could get my cart up so I CAN cancel one and select the other...

    My opinion: system stinks...

Well I got my answer. Not being able to access the date I needed I didn't realize the "reservation" number was not the resort reservation number. So I became a little confused as if this was open only to people staying in a Disney resort. I tend to over think everything!
At exactly 6:00am est(and I mean exactly) my date became highlighted and I was able to book Hoop Dee Doo without a hitch!!

Seriously, how are you supposed to CHECK OUT of YOUR CART when you can't even ACCESS your cart??? Then you get a pop up saying your session is timing out due to inactivity and all items in your cart will be cancelled unless you check out??? How am I supposed to check out if my cart won't come up??? Leave it to Disney technology!!!!

I know exactly what you mean. I kept looking for the cart icon, or at least the word. I lost a couple of reservations because of this problem.

Red face finally played with online WDW ADR system

I finally made my ADR's. My 90 day window had passed and I used MJ to book our trip...so not sure if all glitches are worked out since I didnt book on 90 day mark (have been too busy with DD summer swim schedule to get a chance, whew!)

Thanks to Kathy from MJ for booking the most important ADR for DD birthday diner at Boma's!

Anyways, I have mixed feelings about the system. It was not quite as user friendly as I would have liked but I did like having the option to reenter for new search and for seeing other options available. So overall, I cant complain. It is slow and I did spend a great deal of time on it yesterday.

My biggest complaint is that once I have entered my dinner ressies # in...if I log out and come back later, I have to re-enter all that info! Gesh! I was hoping it would save it and recall it when I entered my confirmation number for our hotel stay! I did have to make a few changes, so now I have a million emails from WDW with confirmation numbers and had to take notes to make sure I would remember the correct ones to re-enter for later if I needed to pull them up!

Also, it did not seem to remember/save the info I entered for "What are you celebrating?" for my DD Birthday...so dont know if that will be saved and forwarded to each restaurant???? Does anyone know?

Otherwise, I am very happy that I could do it on line instead of via phone!

I had that happen to me yesterday...my wireless internet failed for a moment and I had to go back to WDW site....I had just gotten my ressie for Crystal Palace and was worried that I would loose it! But I went into My Reservations on a drop down on right side of screen, I believe under my account or my vacation or however it is worded and it is at the bottom of the list...diner reservations....when I pulled that up...it was still there! so I hurried up and saved that one so I wouldnt loose it! So you may be ok even if the system times you out for inactivity....

When that happens, I would just close it out and go back and see if it still has it in your cart. Sometimes when the site has technical problems like this, it will go ahead and process even if you can't get to it. But do it quickly.

This used to happen to me with our old computer and security software. When I disabled our firewall the page loaded right away. If I forgot to disable it, it would just keep saying "loading..." FOREVER!

I was thinking it could be the firewall or the system was busy.. However, I went on to a lap top and it worked fine... Just couldn't get the restaurant I was looking for.. HOWEVER, I called at 7:05 and was able to book Le Cellier at 4:45... The same time I had online... So it all worked out anyway... Still got bugs it needs to be worked out... Could be a good system if they just make a few changes....
