Is anyone watching this season?

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Candice Olson. She is such a classy designer. I don't know why, but every time I watch her show I'm reminded of Disney. I think partly because her designs remind me of the Deluxe resorts at Disney. And that jazzy music is so cool.

I love Clive Pearce as a host, am a fan of Vern but have no real devotion to Genevieve.

I felt like NataLee kind of shot herself in the foot with her constant talk of how she pushed herself. It drives me nuts when the contestants start rationalizing their faults. I liked her ideas but the execution was poor.

Yes, Yes. I love watching Design Star! These designers this season look interesting for sure. I like Vern and was excited to see Candice Olsen on there this season.

There used to be another show called Top Design that I really liked but haven't seen it in quite a while. And I 'm a Project Runway fan too! Although my husband just doesn't get me being fans of these shows....I am not all that into fashion and stuff. I think it's just watching these people create.....some of the stuff is pretty amazing!

Dan is my fave so far, he appeals to me just like David from the first season

I'm with you, Tashica should have been booted after the first episode. I couldn't believe she wasn't axed last night.

I love all the design shows too. I am more than ready for Tashica to go! Can't decide who I like yet - but I know I don't like her.

I'm watching. My early favorite is also Dan. One of the ladies reminds me of that NY socialite that had so much plastic surgery she looks like a lion.

Yeah, I can't believe Tashica squeaked by again. She could barely look at the judges when she left the room. And the way the other contested greeted her (or lack there of) when she returned to the Green Room, was priceless.

I have to say I'm rooting for Dan, but I think Antonio has a lot of potential as well. Dan just seems to have the best, overall, personality.

I didn't start watching this how until after the first season but I absolutely love David Bromstad and his show! I really do not like Kim Myles of Style. There's just something about her....

But I think this season will be great with the addition of Candice Olson, as Devine Design is one of my favorite shows on TV.

Looking forward to seeing what they do this week working by themselves in the white rooms.

I think I'm detecting a slight pattern here...

I was turned off by her even before the series started when she described herself in the promo ads as being "AMINATED".

They're still running those ads; every time I hear her say that, it's like fingernails being scraped across a blackboard....

And because of the fact that everyone is talking about her and she drives us all nuts, is exactly why they will keep her around for a few more weeks. This week is double elimination, but I will be surprised if she goes. Hopeful that she does go, but doubtful......

I don't know why David's giggle bothers Vern so much. I find it kind of charming. Maybe because I'm a happy person and laugh all the time as well.

Well I'm a big fan of both remaining contestants. I think Antonia is lacking slightly, compared to Dan, in the creativity department. But they both have excellent execution. That being said, I LOVED the US map that Antonio made for Kathy's office space. I also like his sense of color. He's certainly not afraid to experiment.

This is the first time I've watched this show and I've really enjoyed it.

I like both of the designers that are left, but I think Antonio has a slight edge going into the final because of his hosting style. That and he never played it safe.

That being said, the last room Dan did was my favorite of the whole season. Those boat sculpture thingies were so cool!
