Any D23 Expo Announcements?

While it's good to seem them doing something with MK by giving it a whole new makeover, I wonder if they'll just destroy/trash Mickey and Minnie's houses? It would be nice to see them at least try and preserve them in some way. Move them over to the backlot or what's left of it at DHS, or make them fixtures at Downtown Disney, or auction them off in whole or in pieces, but don't just tear them down, PLEASE!!!

Everything I've seen has indicated that the current Mickey/Minnie houses are going to be razed to make way for the new attractions.

Rumors are Mickey and Minnie will be moving "to the front of the park" ... whatever that means.

Yeah, I've heard that too. It's not that I think the houses are anything special or great, because really they're not, they're kinda shabby. But, I like the idea or concept of having Mickey and Minnie's houses somewhere on property, even if they re-built them in a different style.

I love their houses (when maintenance is on top of upkeep) and I'd LOVE the idea of having Mickey's house in my backyard!

Not sure my HOA (or my budget) would approve it, though.

I attended the Expo and thought it was wonderful! I think we were all sitting pretty close together at the Arena events. We were in row 3 on Thursday and Friday, row 2 on Saturday and row 1 on Sunday. My friends made the D23 Expo blog day 1. We also were in the photo on the blog for day 4. I had so much fun and made so many new friends. I can't wait for next year.
