As a note, I would have had Liberty Tree Tavern near the top of my list until they took the characters out. For me, the food is decent, but the characters and atmosphere made the meal.

Teppan Edo is the hibachi-style restaurant, where the chef cuts up the vegetables and meat and cooks it all right on a grill at each table. Tokyo Dining has a lot of sushi and other traditional Japanese dishes, prepared in a kitchen and delivered by your server. They are both located in the same building but are actually two different restuarants.
