· THINGS WE DID RIGHT:

The Backstage Magic Tour was outstanding. I would love to do it again, or maybe try another tour. Our guides were friendly, entertaining & well informed.
Going during the Food & Wine Festival was brilliant! We got to enjoy so many different foods & the whole vibe of Epcot was cranked up several notches due to the concerts & all the extras going on during the event.
La Nouba Cirque du Soleil was just the absolute best way to end our trip. I wish they had video of this so I could absorb more of the performances, they were over the top!
The best… beating Richard at Buzz – over & over again & over


· 20 THINGS I LEARNED ON OUR WDW TRIP:

1. EPCOT is my favorite park (okay, reinforced this previous thought)
2. I loved the F&W Festival and the concert series
3. If a performer at the concert series doesn’t do the song you really want to hear, then sit thru all 3 sets.
4. Don’t bother with the British Invasion if it’s the last set before days off
5. Table Services (from the DDP) take way too much time and limits our park choices. We spent some 17 hours for 9 sit downs. Gonna do the Quick Service Plan next time.
6. Get a rental car. We spent nearly 14 hours on buses and some of the stuff we kind of wanted to do was “eliminated” because of projected transportation times (Jelly Rolls and Yee Haw Bob)
7. Festival of the Lion King is just awesome (first time for us)
8. Had a great time at the Backstage Magic tour.
9. Yak-n-Yeti will be the one table service we will repeat
10. Cirque de Soleil La Nouba was wonderful.
11. I still hate the rain in Florida
12. September can be just as freaking hot as August
13. I REALLY, REALLY miss the Adventurer’s Club. No, really.
14. Cosmic Rays and Pecos Bill has some good counter services.
15. I don’t like Fantasmic
16. I like the Toy Story Midway Mania queue better at WDW than DL
17. CBR cooked breakfasts are lame
18. DL is still better than MK
19. I can survive without doing Tom Sawyers Island
20. I hate WDW’s Buzz

I enjoyed your reports. I agree about car rentals, Festival of the Lion Kong, Fantasmic , the Food and Wine Festival and the Adventurer's Club. Epcot is my favorite park also. I never feel like I spend enough time there.

We are eating at Yak and Yeti for the first timein December. I'm excited to read another good review of it.
