I always loved how the hairly leg pirate laughed and seemed like he was going to fall off the ledge and into your boat!

I just got home from Disneyland and couldn't wait to post. The pirate with the hanging leg is back. I was so suprised. He went in some time this past week. I guess he was finally done with his makeover.

And the hairy leg is still up! Just went last weekend and remember looking at the detail of his foot! He is by the pig scene, I think.

We have previously only seen PoC at Disney World, so maybe this is typical for PoC at Disneyland, but I found it strange that the other leg is wearing a colorful striped sock. Is that only in DL? Or was it new when he was placed back?

The leg is there. In HUGE need of a quick repair though. Was there on Saturday and it looked like someone had hit it with something. Had a big chunk taken out of his foot. OUCH!

Not much to be sitting there laughing about. Even if you happen to be holding a half-drank bottle of XXX.

Update to the update -- went to DL on Friday, Oct 15th, and the leg is there, and looking as dirty, hairy and as good as ever.

I went on the 20th and made sure to ride pirates. And yes he is there. They have made some additions to him though. He is now holding a jug that looks like it has a lit fuse coming out of it(fiber-optics). This makes you think he was part of the group that set the fires in the town burnign scene. He's awesome
