Islands of Adventure - Dueling Dragons

Hi everyone!

I'm just wondering if anyone has heard any details about how operational Dueling Dragons is/will be with the construction of the Harry Potter park.

Is the ride closed, or will they close it down at some point until the opening of the HP park? We will be at Universal the first few days of April.

If anyone is in the know, I would love to hear from you!

It won't be open until WWofHP is opened. They are re-themeing Deuling Dragons to be a HP ride (with dragons). It will be one of the major attractions for the new land. It has been closed for quite some time. The Harry Potter land is located on the "island" that houses that ride.

According to Universal's web site Dueling Dragons is still in operation now so I called guest services and they told me that Friday Feb 26th will be the last day to ride Dueling Dragons. Saturday Feb 27th it will go down for it's transformation.
