Am I the only one that finds Dan the least offensive of so many of these players? I don't find him snuggly sweet, by any means. But he hasn't been up in anyone's face being rude either...and he doesn't seem like much of a conniver. He's just there. Like a big fat lump.

He's not offensive, I'll give him that. Or, we haven't seen him being offensive. But apparently, as it was brought up in Tribal Council, he keeps bragging about his many homes and cars. If you're out there working around camp and struggling to win a million dollars and he's sitting back and talking about all his material possessions... well, that is pretty obnoxious. I think they're not showing us much of Dan because there's no drama there yet. But he doesn't strike me as someone likable or someone I want to cheer on. And certainly, with two bad knees and no camp work ethic, why keep him around? To bring him to the final because you don't think he's a threat? It's a little too soon for that kind of strategizing. You have to have the numbers in your favor to make it there first and it's no coincidence, I'm sure, that Dan's team is the one that keeps losing.

He will never make it through the riggerous endurance competitions that they always have in the end because he can't even compete in any of the ones they are doing now. Vote him out and save yourselves another vote. He wants to go anyway.

Maybe I am missing something, but why didn't they go ahead and get rid of Marty? They wanted to flush the idol...didn't work. But they had a tie and could have gotten rid of him and the idol...the whole "kill two birds with one stone..."

It makes absolutely no sense. He didn't use his idol, so he was vulnerable. They could have taken the idol and Marty out of the game. Why put him in that position if you weren't going to go through with it? Now he's ready for them and he'll work some of that Chess Master magic (haha) to stay in the game. I think Brenda did herself in with that "strategy."

Yep! I think Brenda can say goodbye now. I didn't want them to vote her out previously but that was just a stupid move. And why? Because Kelly had an artificial leg? That just makes no sense.

Was Survivor on last night? We had a stupid basketball game. It's starting to sound like it was on for some but not others. Stupid CBS they could have had the basketball game on ESPN or something.

Come on ... how many times have people been burned by getting rid of or giving away an idol? Well, I mean not that many really because so few people are stupid enough to do it, but those that have I think have universally gone down in flames.

I was drop-jawed when Marty handed over the idol and then asked for honesty in return! Holy moley, Marty. The only thing that will save him now is a merge.

After I thought about it a bit I decided that voting off Jill may actually have been the smarter move. She wasn't loyal at all really and they keep him one more week and yet can say they were true to him, didn't lie etc. He'll be gone next week I would imagine.

This is probably true. Jill might have been able to get something going, and it's probably going to be easy enough to convince others to vote for Marty. It really didn't matter, for their purposes, which one of them went home. Merge coming. The old people will probably get picked off, but maybe some will hang in there. The youngsters might start turning on each other. And Dan, at this point, could go all the way to the end (but not win). I fear that NaOnka is also going to be looking good to bring to the end, since she is so abrasive. Anything is possible with this bunch, I will hand them that. Strategy isn't a strong suit for this bunch, but now they have to start thinking of jury votes.

Ummm except for the fact that next week is the merge. So they basically shot themselves in the foot, because now Marty lives on and is really angry that they forced him to give up his idol.

It was cool there was a tie.I thought for sure they were playing Marty and he was going home...I would of felt bad for him cause he trusted them (I mean who gives their immunity idol away??)now Sash has an idol going into the merge,hope Marty is sole survivor...strating next week the game will heat up! Jane's lucky she didn't get caught with that fish(greedy)tho lol
