holiday inn resort lake buena vista review needed

got deal on it for $59 a night but need review before booking. trip advisor had warning that someone with interests in hotel might be tampering with reviews. just need a cheap CLEAN, CLEAN, place for 1 night before WDW vacation starts. any info greatly appreciated

The new one on Hotel Drive or the one on Palm Parkway? We've stayed at the Palm Parkway HI (just outside of DTD) and it's quite decent. The other one is just renovate and probably even nicer.

The one in Downtown Disney? If so, I did a tour of it just as they opened, and it's very nice. Just like the GM said, 'it's not your parent's Holiday Inn."
