The crowds are definitely higher than other November weeks (except Thanksgiving), but it's not horrible.

We were there last year for Jersey week and the parks were wonderful. The weather was great, except for one cool day, and the lines at the parks weren't bad at all. Now, we also went Spring Break time and compared to that, it was great. The only place that was very crowded was Epcot World Showcase because of the Food & Wine Festival.
Next year Jersey week will be Nov. 5-9th, 2012.

We went once during Jersey week, before we knew about it!
It was honestly fine. Parks were a bit busier than we expected, but nothing we couldn't manage. The weather was great, and we had a great time.
Christmas Decorations won't all be up quite yet, though ... although they will be starting.

We have been there the week before Halloween and Jersey Week and I can honestly say I don't remember there being much difference in the crowds. It is not too bad and the weather is great. You will have a great time no matter which week you pick. The only time I really felt like it was crazy crowded was at the MNSSHP. We didn't go on Halloween, I think it was the 29th and it was packed!

we've been for jersey week twice and both times it was relatively easy crowds - nothing terrible, and some of the best weather we have enjoyed at wdw.

Is Jersey week this week this year? I think it is close, but not being from Jersey...

Just returned last night and I must say Jersey week is becoming more crowded each year but still not terrible. It was, however, more crowded than our Aug 22-26 trip. There were many more tour groups this year and a gymnastic/dance competition.
The lines weren't terrible but MK was very crowded and tedious to maneuver. I do think this has to do with Toon Town being closed but after the first day we stayed clear of Fantasyland altogether. DHS & Ak were fine, Epcot was pretty low on Monday but I heard it became more crowded as the week went on and F&W neared it's end.
Even though they started MVMCP on November 8th decorations were starting to go up but will not be complete until Nov 18 which is the official start of the "Christmas Season" and also the day they will release all of the new Christmas merchandise into the parks. (Long story how I found that out).
Honestly, if it wasn't for the fact that my son only misses 2 half days of school that week I don't know if I'd be going back during Jersey week, especially when it coincides with Veterans day.
