At the 5k there was a good assortment of characters out:

Mexico Donald, Jose, & Panchito at the start line(redesigned versions!)
Mulan and Captain Li Shang
Snow White, Snow Prince and Dopey
Aladdin, jasmine, & Abu
Plain ole Goofy and Pluto

Did anyone catch rotation differences?

asianway, what a great list! My hubby decided after he left MK that he was actually going to care about his time this year and didn't stop for as many pics. How dare he!

He did get great pics with Cinderella and the gang, Jack and Barbosa, Rescue Rangers and Darkwing Duck and Golfer Donald and Goofy. I bet Max was out when he went through, or he'd have stopped for Jafar.

I guess they decided to not have Shan Yu out for the full this year.

He's running the Princess as well, so can't wait as well. Love RunDisney events!

Ya got me! I ran right by him. I thought it was Scrooge. He was near a house playing some really weird music.
