Making ADR's

Has been 2yrs since last trip to WDW...can you make ADR's online now? Or, is it better to just call?Thanks for always giving great advice!

I started my online and then the system got bogged down and wouldn't work right for me, so I called and did them via phone.

Yes, you absolutely can, and we've had good luck doing so. However, now that the credit card is required to hold your reservation, I prefer to scope it out online, then make the reservation on the phone. I'm funny about putting it in the computer. It's worked out fine so far.

I booked online it was so easy and I didn't have to wait on the line for someone to answer. I have change my mind about 10 times already so it is kind of nice to just push a button to cancel and not have to call in.

Last week I made our ADRs. I have used the online system in the past and thought it would be fine but it wasn't working properly at the time. I could make it for the date that was 180 days out but it would not allow me to do the next 7 days. I was logged in and had my reservation number in but for some reason it wouldn't allow me to make any others so I had to call. So I guess what I am saying is be prepared to call.

I am heading to the World in May, and have made quite a few ADR's online, with no trouble.

The site is not the most user friendly, but it works, and allows you the time to try different things, and make changes and such without driving the call taker crazy.
