How long do you plan for to get from resort to airport?

I've never been to Orlando's airport so I'm unsure of traffic and distance. When using Magical Express, how much time from your departure time should you buffer when leaving?

If you mean from Magical Express checkin to resort I'd say about 1 hour, I think the drive is 45ish mins and the longest we've had to wait was like 15 mins from when we were loaded onto the bus. Time spent navigating the airport is different for everyone, we aren't great at it so I'd guess it took us 30-45 mins to get from plane to Magical Express terminal but we always have to wee, wander, go to the Disney store to get our first Vinylmation of the trip, etc. We are wanderers tho. For your return trip home, you will receive an envelope on your door the day before you leave with a scheduled departure time for you return to the airport. It is normally 3 hours before your plane is scheduled to leave for domestic flights. You may or may not have pick ups at other hotels also.
