    Question Beverage coolers in POP?

I was looking at the refurb list and they are listing "beverage coolers" in the POP rooms, one floor at a time.

    Do they mean fridges?

    Exclamation

Correct. Small fridges are being installed in the value resorts - - no extra charge.

We will be in Disney for our vaca in 8 days and I just called All Star Movies and they said that most of the rooms have the fridges and that when we check in and a fridge is not in the room to call down and one will be brought up for us!

We just came back from Pop Century a little over a week ago and our room in the 70's section had a small refrigerator and free wi-fi.

Really?! I had just read here the other day that you had to pay 9.95 per day and that there was no wifi. This is good news to me.

Great news. I paid for them in May, we stay long enough that it equals a good meal.

Yep! I just spent a couple of nights at Pop before a conference, and we had both a small fridge and wifi. The wifi worked better than I expected, and I was able to access all my usual websites. The fridge was very new at that point, and there was even a note telling us that it had been installed that day and to give it 24 hours to cool down. I spoke to several people on the bus and most did not have the fridge yet, but I think they were installing them as people checked out. It was small but worked just fine.

Everyone is saying "small " fridge. Is it the square shaped size (opposed to the rectangle shaped size) ? I am just trying to figure out if we should buy a 1/2 or a whole gallon of milk.

They were small square ones. We had half a gallon of milk that fit in the door. A full gallon wouldnt fit in the door and Im not sure if it would fit in the main part. Otherwise we had bottled water, yogurt, strawberries.

I had a small fridge in my room at Pop Century over the weekend. I wasn't awake in the room long enough to check it out, though.
