Maybe a day in September or August would be better. The Comcast center sounds like it would be a fun place to meet so hopefully we can work a meet into all our busy schedules.

I think late August or September would probably be better as most vacations will be done by then and people will have more free weekends. Not sure if I'll still be working on the project which has me at the Comcast Center, but I can definitely take the train in to meet Intercottees.

Sounds good! my youngest will be at school full-time in Philly by then so good time to visit her too! Not that she will be that thrilled to have a visitor the first month of college but maybe she can meet us for lunch!

My preference would be for August 12/13th, but I can also make it on August 5/6th. Trying to keep the 24th open because it is the last weekend before our WDW trip, and I'm sure there will be lots of last minute things to do that weekend.

Hi guys! Just saw this thread. July and early August are pretty booked for me... late August would be a better bet for me personally.
Not sure if we are going to ICOT15 yet (We want to, but keep going back and forth about spending the money). Anyway, I'd love to actually meet some Intercotees in real life after spending so many years on these boards.

Hi everone -

I was looking forward to getting together, but I'm going to have to cancel. The past few weeks haven't been the best in my life. I don't have controll over things right now. Here are the details -

A couple week I was going o work and had a dizzy spell, so I decided to go back home. I called my sister and I'll wound at the ER at our local hospital. They decided to admit me for observation, treatment, tests,etc. As a result of all of the tests I found out that I have an irragular heart beart and it seems I've had a stroke. Everything is tiged together, and several doctors are monitoring me and are working together so the treatment for one problem doesn't affect something else. I spent a week in the hospital before being released. They switched from IV meds to oral meds, to make that happen quickly.

But, for quite a while, I'm restricted to home and am not permitted to go out for walks by myself until I've had more session with a physical therapist. I may also need speech therapy because I've had a couple of problems with my speach. I'm also on many meds, and will be have multiple vists with varous doctors. It's annoinng to have no control of my life right now, but I'll do whatever I hae to do, to insure I still have a life.

I may be able to go back to work someday, but the doctors are concerning of the long comute on public transpertaton.

Enjoy the meet. I hope that if another is scheduled after I've received clearance to do normal thngs by the doctors I may be able to attend. Right now, tknowing that once I'm back to 1100% I will be able to think of going to WDW for RNR makes me do whatever I have to do to get better.

Sylvia, I'm so sorry about your condition. I really hope everything is okay & there's no permanent effects. Hang in there & just worry about getting better. My prayers are with you.

Looks like my off work Saturdays coming up in August and September are August 25th, Sept. 1st, Sept 15 th or the 22nd.

What works for everyone else?
