Actually, the one in the window is a Hidden Mickey. The Hidden Minnie is a sideways profile, just out in the open

8. Name the two other characters the actor who played Thomas O'Malley also voiced.
#2 They were geese (minus a few feathers now) and the attraction was America Sings (some of the geese can still be seen in Splash Mountain).
#8 The actor is Phil Harris and he was Baloo in the Jungle Book and Little John in Robin Hood.

10. In the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction, what three things are the pirates imprisoned in the jail cell holding?
This is a *great* question - and one even *I* had to look up
Keep in mind, there are actually two jail cells near the end of the attraction. Most of us know that in the cell to the left, the three pirates are holding at least two things: a rope, and a soup bone, attempting to entice the dog to give them the keys.
But, there are three more pirates in a cell to the left - and I could NOT think of what any of them had. I had to look it up - and one of them has a tin cup :-)
7. What was Goofy's original name?
Dippy Dawg.
5. In Disneyland's Fantasyland, which attraction is the only one where the main character is not present?
I would have to think Casey Jr., based on Dumbo. Also, maybe the Mad Tea Party (Tea Cups)? I've never been to Disneyland, so I'm really not sure. I know there was one attraction - and I can't remember which one - originally built and opened in 1955 with the park, where Walt wanted guests to view the attraction from the character's perspective. I have *no idea* if it could be Alice in Wonderland, Pinocchio's Daring Journey, or what.
1. What is the "real name" of Gus the mouse from Walt Disney's animated classic, Cinderella?

Good guesses and you're on the right trail. The Snow White attraction initially had no Snow White figure inside until they added it post-Walt.
But there is still an attraction in Fantasyland that remains without the "literal" figure of the character. Signs and what not don't count. But Casey Jr. and the Mad Tea Party are technically without their characters. It is one of the Disneyland dark rides. It is a classic.

That's the three items I was looking for! Question 10 is finito!

I think the answer you are looking for is Mr. Toad's Wild Ride. The perceptive is that you, as the driver in the car, are Mr. Toad. (Mr. Toad does appear in the lobby of the ride though.)
