Which is older?

Can anyone help me? While cleaning out grandmothers attic I found a little Mickey statue. It says Walt Disney Productions on it. I can't remember which is older Walt Disney Productions or The Walt Disney Company. Anyone know?

From what I can tell the name went from Disney Brothers Cartoon Studio(1923) to Walt Disney Productions (1932) to the Walt Disney Company (1984).

Thank you. From looking at it I would guess it was from the 60's early 70's and it was really bugging me I couldn't remember which one was older.
