- Space Mtn 2 is a full inversion coaster.
- Phantom Manor is great
- BTMRR is on a island loading station is on the mainland. (The longest version of BTMRR)
- Must see Cinemagique and Animaque
- Backlot is multi-lingual
- All CMs are multi-lingual. Languages spoken are on their name badges.
- ToT is the same design as in Anaheim.
- Crush's coaster is brilliant. Long lines though.
- Buzz is better than WDW as the guns are hand held. The Buzz animatronic is multi-lingual. (TS3 like)
- ToT pre-show is either in French or English (the other language is subtitled)

any info on the language question? are all attractions multilingual or just some?
-
Nearly all shows and attractions are bilingual with parts in French and parts in English. Not all parts are repeated in the other language but enough to give a flavour.
Some, like Peter Pan, if I remember are in French only. The castle show (the 20th anniversary show which is incredible, and has been extended throughout this summer) was for sure in English (and French) with one character exclusively English, and one character exclusively French... songs, though, remain in English. Pirates has most narration in French, but songs in English (again, if memory serves me).
Tower of Terror had the pre-show in French but captioning in English, etc. etc.
Signage and information is in English, French, and beyond.
You will definitely hear characters like Mickey, speaking in French (which will be new to hear).
Many cast members being in Europe speak English, French, and beyond. A bonjour will get you a long way and then a polite, "we speak English".
Not too sure about Star Tours, we didn't do it. We LOVED Space Mountain 2, Crush's Coaster, Animagique (I THINK bilingual), and the DLP versions of Small World and Thunder Mountain. My trip report from this last summer is here .
Enjoy!!

WDW, multiple visits. DLR, many years ago pre-DCA. Disneyland Paris, one amazing two-day visit. Up next: Disneyland Shanghai, Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea, and Disneyland Hong Kong!

My family is going to Paris (and Disneyland Paris) in May, so I have been researching the same things. From what I have read it appears the Star Tours version there is the old one.
