    Default Stormalong Bay By Yourself

    Hi all,

Has anyone stayed at Beach/Yacht and wanted to go down to Stormalong Bay alone? Normally at resorts I use the quiet pools where I can keep an eye on my belongings (flip-flops, cover up, and towel), but since Stormalong Bay is more of a water park, I'm afraid of not being able to keep an eye on my stuff.

Has anyone else encountered this? What's the best way to approach it?

    Thanks!
    *Cindy

I didn't go alone, but I definitely didn't sit with our stuff either. I don't bring anything to the pool that I can't live without. We left flip flops, cover-up, t-shirts, and a beach bag on a chair while we enjoyed the pool. I even left my iPhone in a pocket in the beach bag. If you don't want to leave your room key or money you could buy one of those waterproof cases to hang around your neck.

Same here - we didn't sit with our stuff and enjoyed the pool and slide. I generally stick my phone and room key inside a towel - out of sight - nothing inviting someone to poke around our stuff.

We like the plastic pouches they sell to wear around your neck for the water parks. We keep our room keys and money there and just leave our shoes by a chair. At Stormalong Bay they have complimentary towels so that's one less thing to worry about.
